SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be clean and free of dust, dirt, grease or any contaminant that would adversely affect the bond. Surfaces maybe dry or damp but free of standing water.
DOWEL APPLICATION: Drill holes the proper size. Blow and clean out thoroughly with oil-free compressed air from the bottom. Fill hole from bottom-to-top of epoxy. Insert bolt in the epoxy, turning and twisting to ensure that the hole is completely filled. Surplus epoxy should come out the top.
STRUCTURAL APPLICATION: Apply epoxy to mating or non-mating prepared substrates. Thoroughly work into the substrate for positive adhesion. Secure the bonded unit firmly into place until the adhesive is cured. Glue line should not exceed 1/8".
APPLICATION: Prior to using epoxy remove setting nut, remove plugs, install static mixing head and secure firmly with setting nut. Cut off tip at desired opening. Dispense small quantity of epoxy in separate container to ensure the flow and color is even, with no streaks. When finished dispensing: Release the pressure and remove nut and static mixing head. Replace correct plugs in A and B and replace the holding nut. Allow a minimum of 8 to 24 hours depending on temperature, for a full cure before loading.

Under this warranty and limitation of liability, WahooGlue will provide, at no charge, product and containers to replace any product proved to be defective when applied inaccordance with Wahoo Glue written instructions and applications recommended by Wahoo Glue as suitable for the product. Wahoo Glue obligation hereunder, is limited solely to such replacement and is subject to receipt by Wahoo Glue of a written notice of any alleged defects, promptly after discovery thereof, within the warranty period. Absence of such notice in writing during the warranty period constitutes a waiver of all claims with respect to such product. This warranty excludes discoloration or change in visual appearance of the product due to the accumulation of, or streaking of dirt or other airborne materials deposited on the surface from the atmosphere. Wahoo Glue does not warrant the color fastness of any product unlesss pecifically stated otherwise. Before application, the Buyer shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use and Buyer assumes risks and liabilities whatsoever in connection therewith. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT BUYER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND THEREFORE SELLER'S LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY, IN NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE GOODS SOLD BY SELLER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL,INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
